So I’ve been going back to the kitchen more often now than I thought I would! And just like all our recipes here on the blog, here’s another TSM Homemade Recipe that is quick and easy, one that you can do with your kids — and even with your eyes closed!!
Dill (dried or fresh if available)
Salt (I used pink Himalayan salt here)
*No measurement needed because there is no right or wrong quantity here. So just go by your taste as I usually do!
1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
2. In a bowl, mix the following ingredients : butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, salt and pepper.
3. Place salmon in a foil. Slowly pour your mixture on top of the salmon and spread. Add lemon slices for flavor and garnish.
5. Place in the oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
Serve warm with either rice or plain garlic pasta and enjoy! It’s delicious and healthy too!
Tip : I also serve this as baon for my kids. It’s something you can prepare quickly the night before, and just bake in the oven the next day!
