If you’ve been following me on Instagram, you’d know that I’ve gone on holiday mode with the family in New York City. It’s a welcome break, as I mentioned a couple of posts back, after being so busy in the last couple of months…
I may be on vacation, but Grace Home isn’t. Yes, I may be away but business is open as usual. Since the Grace Home Launch and the Trunk Show, I’ve heeded the requests for an online shop, which I set up before leaving. If you want your own Grace Home item, then please check the FAQs here and place an order here—yes, there’s no need to wait til I get back!
And speaking of the Trunk Show, it was amazing how everything fell into place (remember, I only had a week to put that together!) and it felt so great when everyone came out to shop! I loved seeing friends AND people I’ve only “met” through the blog virtually and on Instagram. It really was my childhood dream coming true: having my own shop and seeing family and friends buying from it! The idea that people were putting their trust in something I thought about and put together is, honestly, overwhelming. And I am so happy and grateful for this experience.
The Grace Home Trunk Show wouldn’t have turned out the way it did without some help. Look at how lovely everything was… I relied on Jo Claravall for this, and she transformed the venue into what was a real Grace Home shop for an afternoon. The flowers, the setup, all the little details that made a difference… as a stylist, I’ve always relied on Jo’s taste and she certainly delivered everything I had hoped for.
The Trunk Show was held at the Isabela Foyer at Makati Shangri-La Hotel, which served as a really elegant venue, don’t you think? It was the perfect fit for Grace Home, as everyone said so! 🙂
It wasn’t all shopping, there was food too. Take note of the lovely Jewelry Box Afternoon High Tea provided by the Makati Shangri-La — now this sweet addition to the Trunk Show made it a very spoiled shopping event, don’t you think?! 🙂
Of course, the Trunk Show was really all about the Grace Home products: the Grace Home Candle, Room Fragrances, Notecards and Notebooks (It was their first “public appearance” after all and they arrived just in time!)
I also added a few curated home products from my last Turkey trip:
If you want to see more photos from the Trunk Show, I uploaded a ton of them on The Spoiled Mummy’s Facebook page, so please do check it out too! Click here for the album.
I’m not sure when the next Grace Home shopping event is going to be, but I can tell you already that I’m developing something different and on the lookout for new things to include. In the meantime, all my Grace Home products are still available online. So order now (click here) before stocks finish!
